COMMON STAINS:

Blood

1. Apply cool Blood & Protein Remover and blot.
2. Rinse thoroughly with water, blot until dry

Butter and Margarine

1. Apply Grease, Gum & Tar Remover, blot.
2. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot until dry
3. Apply Doggie and Urine Spotter, blot
4. Rinse with water, blot until dry.

Candle Wax

1. Scrape Off as much as possible with spatula or dull knife.
2. Apply Grease, Gum & Tar Remover, Blot. (with this type of stain, we usually recommend that you contact us.

Chocolate

1. Scrape off as much as possible with spatula or dull knife.
2. Apply cool Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
3. Apply cool Blood & Protein Remover, blot.
4. Apply Doggie and Urine Spotter, blot.
5. Rinse thoroughly with water and blot until dry.

Coffee

1. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
2. Apply Doggie and Urine Spotter.
3. Rinse with water blot until dry.

Crayons

1. Apply Grease, Gum and Tar Remover, blot.
2. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot
3. Rinse with water blot until dry.

Food Coloring

1. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blotting frequently. A dried stain will probably spread when wet.
2. Repeat step 1. until color is no longer transferred to the towel.
3. Apply Blood & Protein Remover, blot.
4. Rinse thoroughly with water and blot until dry. (we recommend you call us for these stains)

Furniture Stain

1. Apply Grease, Gum and Tar Remover, blot.
2. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
3. Rinse with water and blot until dry.                         *This Stain is almost impossible to remove completely. You may need our assistance on this type of spot.

Grass

1. Apply Blood and Protein Remover, blot.
2. Apply Doggie and Urine Spotter, blot.
3. Rinse with water and blot until dry.

Ink (Ballpoint)

1. Apply Grease, Gum and Tar Remover, blot.
2. Apply Rubbing Alcohol, blot.

Jam and Jelly

1. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
2. Apply Doggie and Urine Spotter, blot.
3. Rinse with water, blot until dry.

Ketchup & Tomato Sauce

1. Apply cool Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
2. Apply Blood and protein Remover, blot.
3. Rinse thoroughly with water, blot dry.

Lipstick

1. Scrape off excess with spatula or dull knife.
2. Apply Grease, Gum & Tar Remover, blot.
3. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
4. Apply Blood and Protein Remover, blot.
5. Apply Doggie and Urine Spotter, blot.
6. Rinse with water, blot until dry.

Mildew

1. Apply Blood and Protein Remover, blot.
2. Rinse thoroughly with water, blot.       WARNING: While bleach is effective on Mildew, most carpets will be ruined by bleach.

Mud

1. Brush or scrape off as much as possible.
2. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
3. Apply Blood and Protein Remover, blot.
4. Rinse thoroughly with water, blot until dry.

Mustard

1. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
2. Apply Doggie and Urine Spotter, blot.                 *Do not use ammonia or alkalies. This spot has dispersed dyes and may not respond well.

Nail Polish

1. Apply Grease, Gum and Tar Remover, blot
2. If necessary Apply Nail Polish Remover- Please test in an inconspicuous area first. It may damage carpet fibers and backings. If stain remains, apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot until dry

Paint (water)

1. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
2. Apply Blood & Protein Remover, blot.
3. Rinse with water, blot until dry.
4. Apply Grease, Gum & Tar Remover, blot.           (For Small spots of fresh paint go directly to step 4)

Paint (oil)

*Check Label on Paint for specific thinner or solvent, Or...

1. Apply Grease, Gum, and Tar Remover, blot.
2. Repeat step 1 until stain is removed.
3. If stain persists weight down the stain with towels dampened with Grease, Gum, & Tar Remover for several hours to loosen, blot with Grease, Gum and Tar Remover.
4. Apply several drops of Perky and Stain Pro and work into the stain, blot.
5. Apply Blood and Protein Remover, blot.
6. Alternate steps 2 and 4 until stain is removed.
7. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, blot until dry.  The amount of solvent necessary may damage the carpet and its backing!

Shoe polish

1. Apply Grease, Gum and Tar Remover, blot.
2. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
3. Apply Blood and Protein Remover, blot.
4. Rinse thoroughly with water, blot until dry.

Urine

1. Blot up as much as possible if still wet.
2. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
3. Apply Doggie and Urine Spotter, blot.
4. Rinse thoroughly with water, blot until dry.           *Urine stains may cause permanent dye    removal from fibers.

Vomit

1. Blot up as much as possible.
2. Apply Blood and Protein Remover, blot.
3. Apply Doggie and Urine Spotter, blot.
4. Rinse with water blot until dry.

Wine

1. Apply Perky or Stain Pro, blot.
2. Apply Doggie and Urine Spotter, blot.
3. Apply Blood & Protein Remover, blot.
4. Rinse thoroughly with water, blot until dry.
